In the event of an alleged defect, the user should promptly notify Midwest Battery Supply.
 

A battery will not be considered defective unless it fails to deliver 80% or less of its rated capacity during its stated warranty period.

All claims are subject to the conditions and limitations set for the different batteries

We will require a few items to help identify the defect.
